If you see lots of outgoing messages returned to you saying that they were rejected because your mail server is blacklisted, please inform us ASAP! We need to take immediate measures to locate where the problem is and fix it immediately. Once this is done, we will require the delisting of your server.
There are many reasons why your server might be sending out SPAM but the most common ones are:
- Malware / injected code in your website: This usually occurs with old or outdated scripts. You need to make sure that your website's CMS or theme/template is always updated. Same applies for all plugins used.
- Weak passwords: Always use strong and random passwords for all things in the internet, not just your server or email.
- Virus in your computer: Always run some strong and updated antivirus on your work/home computer.
