Webmaster services
Digimouse offers 24/7 support for your web and email server FREE with your hosting subscription. We are fully responsible for the integrity and security of your data and the uninterrupted service but only in terms of server operation. However, Digimouse is not responsible for the CONTENT of the server and it can't guarantee its proper functionality. The client is responsible for the maintenance and the settings tweaking of the scripts, pages or other apps that he/she uploads, as well as for the updates etc. Failure to do so might lead in data loss, malware code injection, problems in operation etc.
Digimouse offers a solution for this. We can provide webmastering services at a nominal price so you can be sure that your website will always be fine tuned and in excellent condition.
What is provided with this service
- Up to 4 hours per month of webmastering/engineering. Anything above that it shall be charged €25/hr instead of the €35/hr which is charged usually.
- Free software updates (templates, apps, scripts, components, addons, modules etc) (valid for active software subscriptions only)
- 24-7 Ticket Support system. We usually reply within 60 minutes.
- Free addition to CDN network for extra speed, performance and security.
- Free annual subscription to two-factor authentication for your Joomla or Wordpress installation for extra security.
- Email troubleshooting
- AnyDesk access to your computer in order to fix things (if you consent, of course)
What is not provided with this service
Software updates (templates, apps, scripts, components, addons, modules etc) where a subscription has expired. In this case, we inform you about the extra cost and we proceed only upon your acceptance.
This service is for maintenance and troubleshooting purposes only. It doesn't apply to code changes, development, design jobs or anything similar.
